Un condominio se refiere a un conjunto habitacional integrado por viviendas, departamentos, casas u otros similares ubicadas en un mismo predio.

Condominio Horizontal: Se constituye en inmuebles con construcción horizontal donde el condómino tiene derecho de uso exclusivo de parte de un terreno y es propietario de la edificación establecida en el mismo, siendo titular de un derecho de copropiedad para el uso y disfrute de las áreas del terreno, construcciones e instalaciones destinadas al uso común.

Condominio Mixto: Conformado por condominios verticales y horizontales y estos pueden ser:

• Habitacional: Son las unidades de propiedad privativa que están destinados para uso exclusivo de la vivienda, esto quiere decir que no podrán ser utilizados para oficina o cualquier otro que no sea de uso habitacional.

• Comercial: Unidades privativas cuya actividad es destinada al comercio y servicio, ejemplo Centros Comerciales, Plazas, Locales.

• Industrial: Unidades de propiedad privativa para actividades propias del ramo, es decir Bodegas, Naves industriales.

• Mixto: Son unidades privativas que cuentan con 2 o más usos señalados en los puntos anteriores, ejemplo: Habitacional-Comercial

Recuerda que los Condominios predominantemente a la vivienda serán de interés social y/o populares.
