'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modificar la Escritura Constitutiva del Condominio y aprobar o reformar el Reglamento del mismo, debi\u00e9ndose inscribir \u00e9stas en el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad en los casos y condiciones que prevean la una y el otro.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombrar y remover al Administrador o Administradores, en los t\u00e9rminos de la presente Ley y del reglamento.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Administrador o Administradores podr\u00e1n ser o no alguno de los Cond\u00f3minos y la Asamblea de \u00e9stos fijar\u00e1 la remuneraci\u00f3n relativa, que podr\u00e1 renunciarse por alg\u00fan cond\u00f3mino que acepte servir gratuitamente el cargo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323;
