{"id":10347,"date":"2025-06-16T15:50:05","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T22:50:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/?p=10347"},"modified":"2025-06-16T15:50:05","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T22:50:05","slug":"facultades-admin-pt-2-bc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/facultades-admin-pt-2-bc\/","title":{"rendered":"Nombramiento y facultades de los administradores pt.2 &#8211; BC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><div class='avia-image-container  av-styling-     avia-align-center '  itemprop=\"ImageObject\" itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\"  ><div class='avia-image-container-inner'><div class='avia-image-overlay-wrap'><img class='avia_image' src='https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/facultades-admin-2.png' alt='portada' title='facultades-admin-2' height=\"500\" width=\"1000\"  itemprop=\"thumbnailUrl\"  \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corresponder\u00e1 al Administrador:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llevar un libro de actas de Asamblea, un libro de registro de Cond\u00f3minos y un libro de registro de invitados de los Cond\u00f3minos, todos debidamente autorizados por el Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De manera enunciativa el libro de registro de cond\u00f3minos deber\u00e1 contener:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nombre completo del Cond\u00f3mino;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nombre de la persona que fungir\u00e1 como representante del Cond\u00f3mino; en el caso de Unidades de Propiedad Exclusiva de varios cond\u00f3minos, el nombre de una sola persona autorizada para emitir su voto en Asamblea;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El domicilio convencional que al efecto designe el Cond\u00f3mino para el efecto de o\u00edr y recibir todo tipo de notificaciones, citaciones y emplazamientos relacionados con controversias que surjan por incumplimientos a la presente Ley, la Escritura Constitutiva o el Reglamento;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico que el cond\u00f3mino se\u00f1ale para efecto de recibir y enviar comunicaciones con el Administrador o el Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia.
