padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este tipo de organizaci\u00f3n para la administraci\u00f3n condominal puede ser aplicado tambi\u00e9n a cualquier Condominio cuando as\u00ed lo determine la asamblea del Condominio respectivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El comit\u00e9 de vigilancia, podr\u00e1 constituirse con el n\u00famero impar de personas que determine la asamblea del Condominio dependiendo del n\u00famero de Unidades de Propiedad Exclusiva, y se designar\u00e1n un presidente, un primer vocal, un segundo vocal y as\u00ed sucesivamente, mismos que actuar\u00e1n en forma colegiada.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px;
