'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">El comit\u00e9 de vigilancia tendr\u00e1 las siguientes funciones y obligaciones;<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>I.-<\/strong> Cerciorarse de que el Administrador cumpla con los acuerdos de la asamblea de Cond\u00f3minos respectiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II.-<\/strong> Supervisar que el Administrador lleve a cabo el cumplimiento de sus funciones;<\/p>\n<p><strong>III.-<\/strong> Vigilar la contrataci\u00f3n y terminaci\u00f3n de servicios profesionales convenidos por el Administrador, cuando as\u00ed lo hubiese acordado la asamblea;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323;
