padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>XV.-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La determinaci\u00f3n de criterios para asuntos que requieran una mayor\u00eda especial en caso de votaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>XVI.-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Las bases para la integraci\u00f3n del Programa Interno de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>XVII.-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Las previsiones conducentes para otorgar a terceros las \u00c1reas Comunes que sean objeto de arrendamiento o que se destinen al comercio, estableciendo la temporalidad y las garant\u00edas respectivas para su cumplimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>XVIII.-<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Las materias que le reserven la Escritura Constitutiva y la presente Ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px;
