Reglamento del Condominio<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/section>

El Reglamento del Condominio deber\u00e1 agregarse en copia certificada al ap\u00e9ndice de la Escritura Constitutiva y contendr\u00e1 por lo menos lo siguiente:<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>

XV.-<\/b> La determinaci\u00f3n de criterios para asuntos que requieran una mayor\u00eda especial en caso de votaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

XVI.-<\/b> Las bases para la integraci\u00f3n del Programa Interno de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/span><\/p>\n

XVII.-<\/b> Las previsiones conducentes para otorgar a terceros las \u00c1reas Comunes que sean objeto de arrendamiento o que se destinen al comercio, estableciendo la temporalidad y las garant\u00edas respectivas para su cumplimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n

XVIII.-<\/b> Las materias que le reserven la Escritura Constitutiva y la presente Ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

El Reglamento podr\u00e1 establecer la obligaci\u00f3n a cargo de cada uno de los Cond\u00f3minos de contratar un seguro con compa\u00f1\u00eda legalmente autorizada para ello y a su elecci\u00f3n, contra terremoto, inundaci\u00f3n, explosi\u00f3n, incendio y con cobertura contra da\u00f1os a terceros.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Reglamento del Condominio y sus modificaciones deber\u00e1n formar parte de la Escritura Constitutiva o estar agregada a su legajo e inscribirse en el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
