'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se celebre un contrato de compraventa respecto a una Unidad de Propiedad Exclusiva, el notario p\u00fablico que elabore la escritura respectiva deber\u00e1 exigir a la parte vendedora una constancia de no adeudo, entre otros, del pago de las cuotas de mantenimiento y administraci\u00f3n y el fondo de reserva, debidamente firmada por el Administrador.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adicionalmente en aquellos Reg\u00edmenes en Condominio que existan gu\u00edas de dise\u00f1o para la construcci\u00f3n de las diferentes edificaciones, deber\u00e1n de presentar una constancia de cumplimiento, entre otros, de las gu\u00edas de dise\u00f1o debidamente firmada por el Administrador.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px;
