'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cuando los servicios que se disfruten en Unidades de Propiedad Exclusiva del Condominio y\/o Sub-condomino y\/o Condominio Maestro sean pagados con recurso del fondo de mantenimiento y administraci\u00f3n o del fondo de reserva, el Administrador podr\u00e1 suspender dichos servicios al Cond\u00f3mino que no cumpla oportunamente con el pago de las cuotas de mantenimiento y administraci\u00f3n o el de reserva o bien, cuando se infrinja el Reglamento, incluyendo, m\u00e1s no limitando, a la suspensi\u00f3n de acceso a a\u00e9reas comunes, seguridad privada, recolecci\u00f3n de aguas negras y otros servicios relacionados.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"text-align: left;\">En cuanto al servicio de agua potable este podr\u00e1 ser afectado por el administrador solo en aquellos casos donde la infraestructura de la red de agua potable del Condominio no haya sido entregada al organismo operador del Municipio correspondiente, y cuando exista falta de pago de las cuotas por este servicio conforme a lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff;
