'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>A falta de un administrador designado por el consorcio de propietarios, cualquiera de ellos podr\u00e1 dirigirse al Juez de Paz de la jurisdicci\u00f3n en que est\u00e1 ubicado el edificio para la designaci\u00f3n de un administrador judicial, citando a\u00a0todos los interesados.<\/p>\n<p>Salvo disposiciones contrarias en el reglamento el administrador, ya sea nombrado por el consorcio del propietario o por el juez de paz, tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la ejecuci\u00f3n de las decisiones de la\u00a0 asamblea del consorcio, y, si fuere necesario, atender\u00e1 por propia iniciativa a la guarda de las cosas comunes y a su conservaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento en buen estado de uso, y podr\u00e1\u00a0constre\u00f1ir\u00a0a\u00a0cada\u00a0 uno\u00a0de\u00a0los interesados al\u00a0cumplimiento\u00a0de\u00a0sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Los poderes del administrador ser\u00e1n revocados de la misma manera en que \u00e9stos fueron otorgados, por el\u00a0 consorcio\u00a0 de propietarios o\u00a0 por el\u00a0 juez de paz, citando el\u00a0 m\u00e1s diligente\u00a0 a\u00a0 los dem\u00e1s interesados, quienes podr\u00e1n dar a conocer\u00a0sus opiniones.<\/p>\n<p>La designaci\u00f3n de un administrador por el\u00a0 consorcio\u00a0 de propietarios produce\u00a0 de pleno\u00a0 derecho la\u00a0 revocaci\u00f3n\u00a0 del\u00a0 administrado\u00a0 judicial.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px;
