'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El\u00a0administrador, cualquiera\u00a0que\u00a0fuere\u00a0la\u00a0forma\u00a0de su\u00a0designaci\u00f3n,\u00a0representa\u00a0al\u00a0consorcio\u00a0 de propietarios del\u00a0inmueble, bien\u00a0como\u00a0demandante\u00a0o\u00a0como\u00a0demandado y a\u00fan contra\u00a0los mismos propietarios individualmente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necesitar\u00e1\u00a0 la\u00a0 autorizaci\u00f3n\u00a0 previa\u00a0 de la\u00a0 asamblea\u00a0 de los propietarios para\u00a0actuar como\u00a0demandante\u00a0o\u00a0como\u00a0recurrente.\u00a0El\u00a0administrador actuar\u00e1\u00a0a\u00a0nombre\u00a0del\u00a0consorcio\u00a0 de propietarios del\u00a0inmueble,\u00a0sin\u00a0tener que\u00a0mencionar el nombre\u00a0de\u00a0cada uno\u00a0de\u00a0los propietarios. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323;
