'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se expedir\u00e1 un Duplicado de Certificado\u00a0de T\u00edtulo a\u00a0cada\u00a0due\u00f1o de una parte del\u00a0edificio\u00a0de\u00a0 propiedad\u00a0exclusiva\u00a0y en cada uno de dichos duplicados se\u00a0har\u00e1 constar el\u00a0privilegio\u00a0que\u00a0grava\u00a0dicha parte\u00a0 dividida\u00a0 de conformidad con el\u00a0art\u00edculo 18 de esta\u00a0 ley y en la\u00a0proporci\u00f3n determinada\u00a0 en el\u00a0 reglamento.\u00a0 Se\u00a0indicar\u00e1\u00a0tambi\u00e9n\u00a0si\u00a0el\u00a0edificio\u00a0est\u00e1\u00a0construido\u00a0o\u00a0en construcci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A falta\u00a0 de\u00a0 disposici\u00f3n expresa\u00a0 en el\u00a0 reglamento\u00a0 o\u00a0 cuando \u00e9ste guarde silencio,\u00a0 las asambleas del\u00a0 consorcio\u00a0 de\u00a0 propietarios podr\u00e1n convocarse con\u00a0 tres d\u00edas de\u00a0 anticipaci\u00f3n\u00a0 , por cualquiera\u00a0 de\u00a0 s propietarios, mediante\u00a0 aviso de un peri\u00f3dico de circulaci\u00f3n\u00a0 nacional\u00a0 y por carta\u00a0 certificada\u00a0 dirigida\u00a0 a\u00a0 cada propietario\u00a0 en su\u00a0 domicilio\u00a0 real\u00a0 o\u00a0 de elecci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se\u00a0 mencionar\u00e1\u00a0 sumariamente\u00a0 en el\u00a0 aviso\u00a0 el\u00a0 objeto\u00a0 de la\u00a0 convocatoria.\u00a0 La reuni\u00f3n se\u00a0 efectuar\u00e1\u00a0 en el\u00a0 lugar que\u00a0 indique el reglamento, y si no se ha convenido ninguno, en el domicilio del que hace la convocatoria\u00a0 o de su representante, siempre que este domicilio sea el del lugar del inmueble o bien en el local del\u00a0 Juzgado de Paz de la jurisdicci\u00f3n, lo que se indicar\u00e1 en la convocatoria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstante\u00a0 disposici\u00f3n contraria del\u00a0 reglamento, cualquier propietario\u00a0 puede hacerse\u00a0 representar en las asambleas por otro propietario o\u00a0por un tercero. Art. 27.
