'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El\u00a0administrador convocar\u00e1\u00a0a los propietarios por circular por canas certificadas o\u00a0por aviso\u00a0 publicado\u00a0 en un peri\u00f3dico\u00a0 de\u00a0 circulaci\u00f3n nacional\u00a0 con un plazo\u00a0 de\u00a0 tres d\u00edas por lo\u00a0 menos de antelaci\u00f3n,\u00a0cuantas veces fuere\u00a0necesario.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presidir\u00e1\u00a0la\u00a0persona que\u00a0se\u00a0designe\u00a0en cada\u00a0asamblea, y el\u00a0administrador ejercer\u00e1\u00a0las funciones de Secretario\u00a0a\u00a0menos que\u00a0se\u00a0disponga otra cosa\u00a0en\u00a0el\u00a0reglamento.\u00a0 Las copias y certificaciones firmadas por el\u00a0administrador salvo disposici\u00f3n\u00a0contraria\u00a0del\u00a0reglamento,\u00a0 hacen fe\u00a0 respecto\u00a0 de\u00a0 los propietarios y de los terceros, siempre\u00a0 que\u00a0 est\u00e9n visadas por el\u00a0 que\u00a0 presidi\u00f3 la\u00a0 asamblea\u00a0 o a\u00a0 falta\u00a0de \u00e9ste\u00a0 por uno\u00a0de los propietarios que\u00a0 estuvieron\u00a0 presentes en la\u00a0 asamblea.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En\u00a0caso\u00a0de\u00a0venta\u00a0de una\u00a0parte\u00a0dividida del\u00a0edificio,\u00a0el\u00a0propietario comunicar\u00e1\u00a0su\u00a0prop\u00f3sito\u00a0 previamente\u00a0al\u00a0administrador y consignar\u00e1\u00a0antes de la\u00a0venta\u00a0su\u00a0cuota\u00a0de contribuci\u00f3n\u00a0en los gastos comunes, sin\u00a0perjuicio\u00a0del\u00a0recurso\u00a0a\u00a0que\u00a0pudiera\u00a0haber lugar contra\u00a0el\u00a0adquiriente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los gastos ordinarios se\u00a0har\u00e1n de acuerdo con el\u00a0presupuesto\u00a0que\u00a0aprueben anualmente\u00a0 los propietarios.
