La copia\u00a0del\u00a0 acta,\u00a0certificado\u00a0por el\u00a0administrador y legalizada\u00a0por un notario, construir\u00e1\u00a0t\u00edtulo\u00a0suficiente\u00a0para\u00a0fines de inscripci\u00f3n\u00a0 del\u00a0 privilegio\u00a0 en el\u00a0 Registro\u00a0 de T\u00edtulos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El propietario\u00a0 deudor podr\u00e1\u00a0 impugnar la\u00a0 decisi\u00f3n\u00a0de la\u00a0asamblea\u00a0y pedir\u00a0la cancelaci\u00f3n de la inscripci\u00f3n del\u00a0privilegio dentro de los 15\u00a0d\u00edas de la\u00a0fecha en que\u00a0se\u00a0haya\u00a0sido notificada\u00a0por alguacil\u00a0la\u00a0resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0de\u00a0la\u00a0asamblea.\u00a0 Transcurrido\u00a0 ese\u00a0 plazo\u00a0 sin\u00a0 haber sido impugnada\u00a0 la resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0 ser\u00e1\u00a0 inatacable\u00a0 y tendr\u00e1\u00a0 fuerza\u00a0 ejecutoria. Igual\u00a0fuerza\u00a0tendr\u00e1\u00a0la\u00a0liquidaci\u00f3n que\u00a0el\u00a0deudor haya\u00a0aprobado por escrito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El\u00a0privilegio\u00a0establecido en el\u00a0art\u00edculo 18 deber\u00e1\u00a0inscribirse\u00a0dentro de los tres meses de la\u00a0 fecha de la\u00a0 reuni\u00f3n\u00a0 de la\u00a0 asamblea\u00a0 a\u00a0 que\u00a0 se\u00a0 refiere el\u00a0 art\u00edculo 33, y cada\u00a0 inscripci\u00f3n,\u00a0 s\u00f3lo\u00a0 conservar\u00e1 el\u00a0privilegio sobre los avances\u00a0hechos para\u00a0cubrir gastos causados dentro del a\u00f1o de esa\u00a0 fecha.
