Si el edificio se destruyere en su totalidad o en parte, por incendio o por otra causa cualquiera de los propietarios podr\u00e1 pedir la partici\u00f3n del terreno y de los materiales con arreglo a las disposiciones generales sobre bienes indivisos. Dicha demanda ser\u00e1 registrada en conformidad con el art\u00edculo 208 de la Ley de Registro de Tierras.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La indemnizaci\u00f3n del seguro no podr\u00e1 ser pagada sino a la persona designada por acuerdo un\u00e1nime de los propietarios o seg\u00fan los resultados de la partici\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

El r\u00e9gimen de la propiedad dividida no podr\u00e1 mantenerse sino mediante acuerdo un\u00e1nime de los propietarios que determine las condiciones de la reconstrucci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
