'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las disposiciones de esta Ley son de orden p\u00fablico e inter\u00e9s social y tienen por objeto regular la constituci\u00f3n, modalidades, organizaci\u00f3n, funcionamiento, administraci\u00f3n, modificaci\u00f3n y extinci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de propiedad en condominio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo regular\u00e1 las relaciones entre los cond\u00f3minos, poseedores y entre \u00e9stos y su administraci\u00f3n, estableciendo las bases para resolver las controversias que se susciten con motivo de tales relaciones, mediante los mecanismos alternativos de soluci\u00f3n de controversias como son la mediaci\u00f3n, la conciliaci\u00f3n y los dem\u00e1s que sean adecuados para su soluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica, a trav\u00e9s de los Centros de Justicia Alternativa dependientes del Poder Judicial del Estado de Sonora.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff;
