Sus resoluciones ser\u00e1n de car\u00e1cter obligatorio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro: El Centro de Justicia Alternativa, dependiente del Poder Judicial del Estado de Sonora.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia: El \u00f3rgano de control y vigilancia integrado por cond\u00f3minos electos en la Asamblea General, cuyo cometido, entre otros, es vigilar, revisar, supervisar, evaluar y dictaminar el puntal desempe\u00f1o de las tareas del administrador, as\u00ed como la ejecuci\u00f3n 10 de los acuerdos y decisiones aprobados por la Asamblea General en torno a todos los asuntos comunes del condominio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comit\u00e9s: Los formados por cond\u00f3minos o poseedores de unidades de propiedad privativa para realizar actividades que relacionadas con servicios complementarios, ambientales, preventivos contra siniestros y promotores de la cultura condominal en beneficio de la comunidad.
