\u00bfSabes cuales son los requisitos que debe cumplir tu administrador para poder desempe\u00f1ar sus funciones de manera correcta?.<\/strong> Existen dos tipos de administradores dentro de un condominio.<\/p>\n

Administrador cond\u00f3mino:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Debe ser residente del condominio acreditado por la Asamblea General.<\/li>\n
  • Debe cumplir con sus obligaciones de cond\u00f3mino desde el inicio y durante la totalidad de su gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Administrador profesional:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Sin importar que sea persona f\u00edsica o moral deber\u00e1 presentar ante el Comit\u00e9 de Vigilancia su contrato para el registro conforme a la Ley aplicable.<\/li>\n
    • La fianza correspondiente.<\/li>\n
    • Certificaci\u00f3n emitida por la Procuradur\u00eda Social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1.1.<\/strong> En ambos casos tendr\u00e1n un plazo m\u00e1ximo de treinta d\u00edas naturales posteriores a su nombramiento para tomar el curso impartido por la PROSOC
      \n1.2.<\/strong> El nombramiento del administrador quedara asentado en el libro de actas de asambleas.
      \n1.3.<\/strong> La Procuradur\u00eda emitir\u00e1 dicho registro y constancia de capacitaci\u00f3n en un t\u00e9rmino de quince d\u00edas.<\/p>\n
