Por principio de cuentas, te recomendamos que se revisen las escrituras de compraventa o el contrato de arrendamiento para asegurarse si el caj\u00f3n o cajones para estacionamiento que le corresponden al espacio en cuesti\u00f3n est\u00e1n incluidos como parte de la propiedad exclusiva o si solamente se tiene el derecho de uso de uno o m\u00e1s cajones para estacionamiento en las \u00e1reas comunes.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer caso, nadie a excepci\u00f3n del propietario, su arrendatario o cesionario del uso de la unidad de propiedad privada puede usar el o los cajones para estacionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo caso, de no existir en la escritura Constitutiva del R\u00e9gimen de Propiedad en Condominio, en el Reglamento Interno del Condominio o en la Escritura de compraventa o contrato de arrendamiento,\u00a0 debe haber alg\u00fan se\u00f1alamiento del n\u00famero de veh\u00edculos que pueden tener acceso, adem\u00e1s de la identificaci\u00f3n del caj\u00f3n o cajones que le corresponden en las \u00e1reas comunes y en donde el residente puede estacionar su veh\u00edculo o veh\u00edculos en cualquier espacio dentro del \u00e1rea destinada para tal fin. Sin embargo, en algunas ocasiones existen acuerdos de Asamblea que reglamentan el uso de los espacios por lo que los residentes deben acatar las disposiciones respectivas.<\/p>\n<p>Si el estacionamiento que le corresponde est\u00e1 dentro del \u00e1rea com\u00fan y es ocupado por otro vecino, se debe de hacer del conocimiento del Administrador para que \u00e9ste resuelva la problem\u00e1tica, recuerda que esa es su funci\u00f3n.
