tranquilidad ser\u00e1 lo primero, ya que es un valor muy importante, hay ocasiones en las que en el vivir en un entorno donde no hubo control desde un inicio, la relaci\u00f3n con los vecinos nunca fue buena, las decisiones comunes nunca resultaron como esperaban, es preferible iniciar desde cero reconstruyendo el condominio.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Quiz\u00e1 te interese: <\/em><a naturales, teniendo el favoritismo de la mayor\u00eda de los cond\u00f3minos, si as\u00ed lo desean los minoritarios; pero ser\u00e1 forzosa a 6 veces al precio del aval\u00fao practicado por corredor p\u00fablico o instituci\u00f3n fiduciaria.<\/p>\n<p>La reconstrucci\u00f3n del inmueble estar\u00e1 a cargo de cada cond\u00f3mino, y este estar\u00e1 obligado a costear la reparaci\u00f3n de su unidad de propiedad privativa y todos en conjunto se obligar\u00e1n a pagar la reparaci\u00f3n de las partes comunes, en la proporci\u00f3n que les corresponda de acuerdo al valor establecido en la escritura constitutiva.<\/p>\n<p>Los cond\u00f3minos, podr\u00e1n solicitar por s\u00ed o a trav\u00e9s de la Procuradur\u00eda, la intervenci\u00f3n de otra autoridad a efecto de obtener dictamen de resistencia estructural, protecci\u00f3n civil o de otra naturaleza que se estime necesario.<\/p>\n<p>Pero si la unidad de propiedad privativa se hubiere destruido totalmente, la mayor\u00eda de los cond\u00f3minos podr\u00e1 decidir sobre la extinci\u00f3n parcial del r\u00e9gimen, si la naturaleza del condominio y la normatividad aplicable lo permiten, en cuyo caso se deber\u00e1 indemnizar al
