No quedan comprendidos en lo dispuesto en esta fracci\u00f3n quienes opten por la deducci\u00f3n del 35% a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 115 de esta Ley.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Expedir comprobantes fiscales por las contraprestaciones recibidas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Presentar declaraciones provisionales y anual en los t\u00e9rminos de esta Ley.<\/li>\n<li>Informar a las autoridades fiscales, a trav\u00e9s de los medios y formatos electr\u00f3nicos, que se\u00f1ale el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria mediante reglas de car\u00e1cter general, a m\u00e1s tardar el d\u00eda 17 del mes inmediato posterior a aquel en el que se realice la operaci\u00f3n, de las contraprestaciones recibidas en efectivo, en moneda nacional, as\u00ed como en piezas de oro o de plata, cuyo monto sea superior a cien mil pesos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Esta informaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, en los t\u00e9rminos del segundo p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 69 del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Art\u00edculo 118 de la LISR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Regula las obligaciones de los arrendadores. La reforma a\u00f1adi\u00f3 un p\u00e1rrafo especificando:<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se trate de <strong>juicios de arrendamiento inmobiliario<\/strong> en los que se condene al <strong>arrendatario<\/strong> al pago de las <strong>rentas vencidas<\/strong>, la <strong>autoridad judicial<\/strong> requerir\u00e1 al acreedor que <strong>compruebe<\/strong> haber emitido los comprobantes fiscales a que se refiere esta fracci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que el acreedor <strong>no acredite<\/strong> haber emitido dichos comprobantes, la autoridad judicial deber\u00e1 <strong>informar al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria<\/strong> la omisi\u00f3n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 5 d\u00edas contados a partir del vencimiento del plazo que la autoridad judicial haya otorgado al acreedor para cumplir el requerimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Esta informaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 enviarse al \u00f3rgano de conformidad con las reglas de car\u00e1cter general que al efecto que \u00e9ste emita.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 efecto causa esta reforma?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Con esta reforma, aquellos que oculten ingresos derivados del arrendamiento de inmuebles podr\u00e1n ser multados.<\/p>\n<p>Mantente al d\u00eda con tus obligaciones como contribuyente, no dejes de tomar en cuenta todas las actualizaciones que contiene la reforma 2020.
