style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Procuradur\u00eda Social (PROSOC) de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, es un \u00d3rgano descentralizado, que se encarga de defender y promover los derechos sociales, proporciona asesor\u00eda y orientaci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda en general sobre asuntos en materia administrativa, jur\u00eddica, social, inmobiliaria y condominal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso espec\u00edfico para la Administraci\u00f3n de Bienes Inmuebles regula las relaciones entre los cond\u00f3minos y\/o poseedores y por ende su Administraci\u00f3n, esta puede ser interna o externa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 te ayuda la PROSOC en tu Condominio?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La PROSOC es un medio conciliatorio, te ayudar a mediar ante cualquier problem\u00e1tica interna que afecte la tranquilidad u operaci\u00f3n en tu Residencial, mediante Quejas Condominales.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registrar a tu Condominio ante esta Instancia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llevar a acabo Quejas Condominales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asesor\u00eda y Orientaci\u00f3n style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quejas por Violaci\u00f3n a las Reglas de Convivencia, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQui\u00e9n lleva a cabo una Queja Condominal?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un Administrador Profesional o Interno, que cuente con su Registro Vigente ante la Procuradur\u00eda Social y que por ende cuente con el Registro del condominio ante misma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para llevar a cabo una queja condominal, es importante como administraci\u00f3n haber llevado a cabo una mediaci\u00f3n con el cond\u00f3mino, para tratar de llegar a\u00fan acuerdo, esto mediante notificaciones f\u00edsicas por escrito y\/o mail.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando no hay de por medio una soluci\u00f3n, el siguiente paso es acudir a la Procuradur\u00eda Social, quien se encargar\u00e1 de citar a las partes interesadas, para llegar a\u00fan acuerdo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Relaci\u00f3n de los hechos (Deben incluir pruebas, notificaciones f\u00edsicas, por mail, etc.).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Nombre y domicilio de quien incumple.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firma de quien presenta la queja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Certificado de Administrador Profesional (si es quien interpondr\u00e1 la queja)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registro del Condominio ante la Procuradur\u00eda Social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acudir a las
