'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo a la <strong>Ley de Propiedad en Condominio de Inmuebles para el Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, para efectos de esta Ley se incurre en conducta morosa por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Falta de pago de una cuota o m\u00e1s<\/strong> para el fondo de mantenimiento y administraci\u00f3n y el fondo de reserva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Falta de pago de una Cuota Extraordinaria<\/strong> de acuerdo a los plazos establecidos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sentencia judicial o laudo administrativo debidamente ejecutoriado<\/strong>, se haya condenado al pago de da\u00f1os a favor del Condominio y \u00e9ste no haya sido cubierto.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los <strong>Cond\u00f3minos o Poseedores Morosos no ser\u00e1n considerados para el qu\u00f3rum de instalaci\u00f3n de la Asamblea General<\/strong>, estando adem\u00e1s impedidos para ser electos como Cond\u00f3mino Administrador o miembros del Comit\u00e9 Consultivo y de Vigilancia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se le suspender\u00e1 su derecho a voto a los Cond\u00f3minos o Poseedores morosos en la Asamblea General Ordinaria y en la Extraordinaria conservando siempre su derecho a voz en ambas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En las <strong>Asambleas Generales Extraordinarias<\/strong> convocadas para modificar la Escritura Constitutiva, extinguir el Condominio o afectar el dominio de las \u00c1reas y Bienes de uso com\u00fan del inmueble, los Cond\u00f3minos o Poseedores morosos s\u00ed podr\u00e1n ejercer su derecho a voto.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De acuerdo a la Ley de Propiedad en Condominio de Inmuebles para el Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, para efectos de esta Ley se incurre en conducta morosa por:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":7224,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[292,534,293],"tags":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/7223"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=7223"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/7223\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/7224"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=7223"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=7223"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.vivook.com\/blog\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=7223"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
