'><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo a la Ley que regula el R\u00e9gimen de Propiedad en Condominio de Inmuebles para el Estado de Puebla, <strong>El S\u00edndico Municipa<\/strong>l hasta antes de emitir sus laudos, podr\u00e1 remitir a las partes al Centro Estatal de Mediaci\u00f3n del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, previo el consentimiento de estas que conste de manera fehaciente.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div first   \" style='background: #eda323; padding:5%; background-color:#eda323; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  av_inherit_color '  style='color:#ffffff; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mediaci\u00f3n o conciliaci\u00f3n tienen el car\u00e1cter de voluntarias y suspenden el procedimiento de arbitraje previsto en la Secci\u00f3n Segunda de este Cap\u00edtulo, hasta por sesenta d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los convenios suscritos en v\u00eda de mediaci\u00f3n o conciliaci\u00f3n, gozar\u00e1n de las caracter\u00edsticas que la misma ley les envista.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px; '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se entiende por cultura condominal todo aquello que contribuya a generar las acciones y actitudes que permitan, en sana convivencia, el cumplimiento del objetivo del r\u00e9gimen de propiedad en condominio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Entendi\u00e9ndose como elementos necesarios:<\/strong> el respeto y la tolerancia; la responsabilidad y cumplimiento; la corresponsabilidad y participaci\u00f3n; la solidaridad y la aceptaci\u00f3n mutua. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  \" style='border-radius:0px;
